DC Comics has informed Direct Marker retailers that its three recently-solicited blank comics - DC Batman Blank Comic #1, Superman Blank Comic #1, and Wonder Woman Blank Comic #1 - have been expanded, going from 16 pages to 24, while keeping the same $2.99 price point.
The publisher expanded the $2.99 blank comics "in keeping with the rules of 24 Hour Comics Day". The full rules of 24-Hour Comics Day is posted here.
DC goes on to highlight that the blank comic will be using uncoated 80-pound paper, "ideal for drawing on" and in addition to their utilization in 24-Hour Comics day would be "great sketchbooks." |
