In 2024, Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) will once again have a "First Saturday in May" event date. Of course, Archonia will once again join in on the fun and offer Free Comics to our customers.
This year we'll once again be offering several packs in pre-order.
In the week(s) after May 4, 2024 we'll also give away hundreds of free comic books randomly to those who do not opt-in for a pack.
You cannot choose individual comic books beforehand. But if there is one specific book you are looking for, please contact us and we'll see what we can do. This special service is limited to one FCBD title per customer, and of course, subject to availability.
Please review the rules below before placing your pre-order for a FCBD pack.

Here are the rules of the game for 2024:
1. This year we will offer several themed FCBD "packs".
2. Packs will be made available for free, but some limitations will apply.
3. You may request multiple packs, but we limit them to only one of each per customer.
4. We strongly urge you to limit your choice of packs to those that you really want. Don’t get them all, just because you can, simply to throw them in the garbage later. These books are made of actual paper & ink, they need to be transported internationally, so these books, although offered for free, do have their ecological footprint. Be considerate of our environment.
5. FCBD titles are not guaranteed pre-orders. If we get shorted, allocations may occur. If titles arrive damaged, allocations may occur. Replacement copies will not be available.
6. While each pack shows a list of comics, this is not a binding list. Changes are always possible, and if we get less books than expected, your pack might not have every comic listed. This is why they are called "Preference" Packs. We will always try to include everything, but we cannot guarantee it.
7. FCBD titles will not be bagged & boarded. So mint condition is not guaranteed.
8. All products offered are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
9. We withhold the right to cancel one, more, or all FCBD packs from accounts we feel are in violation of our fair use policy.
10. FCBD are free, BUT SHIPPING COSTS WILL APPLY. Because they are free, we hold no obligation to fill incomplete orders, nor provide compensation for damaged or lost deliveries.
11. FCBD packs will ship immediately after May 4, 2024. If you use our Box feature, they will be shipped with your May Box. Any FCBD packs that are not shipped in May, are subject to cancellation and will be offered to other waiting customers. So be sure to ship your Box that month! |
