Maybe this re-printing is the closest thing you can find : This was from a magazine that collected old classic episodes of various series. Most of the cover were re-drawned by local artists for the french market until the 90's. This one was compiling the two episodes of the Wendigo/Wolverine/Hulk story, plus two episodes from Marvel Treasury Edition and Strange Tales, that's why you can see Human Torch and Beetle on it. Trivia: on his first french appearance in 1980, Wolverine's name was translated litteraly as "le Glouton", which sounds pretty ridiculous for french listeners because in french, "glouton" also means "glutton"! Fortunately, when Uncanny X-Men was published in France, they choosed another name (probably not using the original "Wolverine" name because it was not an easy english word to pronounce for the average french readers ) and Wolverine became famous here under the name of "Serval" (we agree it's not the same animal at all, and it has nothing to do with Canada, but it's still an agressive one and for us it sounded reaaally better! ) He's now known as Wolverine by most people: he was "named back" to "Wolverine" in the comic books in the late 90's, so that was his name in the french dubbed versions of the motion pictures.
