60TH ANNIVERSARY CLASSIC PEANUTS: CHARLIE BROWN



Welcome to what promises to be a yearlong celebration of Charles Schulz's masterpiece, Peanuts! PeanutsÊpremiered on October 2, 1950, in eight newspapers. As we all know, it grew to become probably the most popular comic strip ever. We were lucky enough to be able to give the cast the Syroco-style treatment previously.

In an unprecedented move, United Media is letting us go back to the original look of the characters from 1950, which was considerably different than today's look, and sculpt statues in a special 60th anniversary limited-edition series of the five main characters. Sculpted by Yoe! Studio.
