‘Arrow’ Casts Aussie Actress as The Huntress; New Promo Art
The CW is certainly making sure that Oliver Queen’s datebook will be full of familiar DC Comics characters this fall on Arrow - in part by casting Australian actress Jessica De Gouw ( Tricky Business) as Helena Bertinelli, A.K.A The Huntress. De Gouw will appear in multi-episode story arc, as another fledgling vigilante and a potential new love interest for Oliver Queen.
The Huntress is expected to drop in around episode six, following the introductions of DC villains China White (Kelly Hu) and Deadshot (Michael Rowe). According to the official character description: “ Helena is a potential love interest for Oliver Queen; a fellow vigilante, set on destroying her father’s organized crime empire. But Helena’s blind pursuit of revenge will put her on a collision course with the Arrow. ” |
