Comme l'année dernière avec DC Nation #0, au lieu de sortir de l'inédit pour le FCBD, DC va sortir le 1er mai un one-shot à 25 cents avec 3 histoires en lien avec les intrigues à venir.
Voilà DC’s Year of the Villain qui va être un focus sur les vilains opposés à Batman (avec Bane en prologue à City Of Bane), la Justice League (avec Luthor et Perpetua) et Superman (avec Leviathan). Ce sera même un prologue à la future série Batman Who Laughs qui obtient son titre après la mini-série.
Les équipes artistiques concernées sont : Brian Michael Bendis et Alex Maleev, Scott Snyder et Jim Cheung, James Tynion IV et Francis Manapul.
La couverture principale est par Greg Capullo quand les autres Alex Maleev, Jim Cheung et Stanley "Artgerm" Lau seront sûrement plus difficiles à obtenir.
