Archonia has been around for over two decades and over that time we have been through and seen a lot of changes.
We poured our heart and souls in our ever-growing shop and with that came a legion of the best customers we could've hoped for.
And now one of the biggest changes ever is coming to Archonia and hopefully you will join us on an amazing and exciting journey into the future.
The countdown to 2021 will be extra special for us because on 31/12/2020 at 23:59 our web shop will go into maintenance mode.
Immediately after we'll start working on a transformation of every aspect of Archonia. And while we hope to minimize the downtime as much as possible we anticipate it will take us a couple of days to get everything ready.
But then, as soon as we're confident that we're good to go, our brand-new web shop will be opened.
That's right! It's time to get ready for a brand new Archonia!
The breakdown:
The old shop system will go offline on 31/12/2020 at 23:59. (don't worry, we'll say the proper goodbyes and farewells)
Anticipated downtime from 01/01/2021 to 03/01/2021
New web shop scheduled to launch on January 4th 2021! (we're so excited to show you!)
What you can expect:
A brand new, mobile friendly, layout!
A complete reimagining of our order and pre-order system (you're going to love it!).
Loads of features/tweaks/enhancements to be added in the coming months (so you'll be seeing changes more often from now on!).
The same level of dedication from our support and warehouse teams.
Important things to remember:
Your account details will be saved and converted into the new system (and are always 100% secure and safe).
All your existing and previous orders will be saved and converted into the system.
Quirks and oddities are likely to occur post-launch, but we'll be working around the clock to iron these out.
We'll be there for any and all questions you might have before, during or after the transition.
We're very excited about these changes and the new possibilities they'll be bringing to the table, and we look forward to hearing your reactions!
