In his first appearance in 2008's Amazing Spider-Man #555 by Wells and artist Chris Bachalo, Rabin put his scientific and supernatural knowledge to use when unleashing a horde of undead Mayan warriors in the name of the god of mischief, Wayep. While Rabin proved to be incapable of taking down Spider-Man the first time around, his recent return has so far seen him mark Peter and Mary Jane as sacrifices, albeit only through flashbacks.
