Speaking of Valiant, I read Eternity by Kindt & Hairsine. The son of Divinity and Myshka is abducted by beings from another dimension. I really can't seem to get on with the New Valiant : this mini-series heavily reminds me of the crossover Unity from the original, and seems to be a thematic remake of it. Specifically, the origin of Magnus, Robot hunter, whom his mother (Kris Hattaway) has to abandon for a greater purpose. And I rather read what the sacrifice means for a mundane human than for a couple of supreme beings. I love Kindt's work for Dark Horse, but his Valiant series really don't appeal to me.
