The next chapter in one of comics' greatest love stories arrives this May! Celebrating the 50th anniversary of their iconic wedding in GIANT-SIZE AVENGERS (1974) #4, Scarlet Witch and Vision are back together in THE VISION & THE SCARLET WITCH, a five-issue limited series by current SCARLET WITCH scribe Steve Orlando and returning series artists Lorenzo Tammetta and Jacopo Camagni.

THE VISION & THE SCARLET WITCH serves as the latest evolution of Orlando’s ongoing SCARLET WITCH run, which has successfully redefined the adventures of Wanda Maximoff. Carving out her own path in the Marvel Universe as a solo hero, Scarlet Witch's magic has never been more powerful. But when it comes to helping Vision, she'll need more than strength alone! Befitting their decades-spanning romance, Scarlet Witch and Vision team up for a dramatic saga that will test their souls and break their hearts!
REUNITED... UNDER FATAL CIRCUMSTANCES!

Mysterious doors are opening all over the world, drawing people in with promises of miracles and reunions with lost loved ones. When Vision is mortally wounded investigating the deadly truth of the doors, the Scarlet Witch resorts to extreme measures to save his life – and the results are unlike anything either of them expected!

"When it comes to the Scarlet Witch, anything's possible!" Orlando said. "Now, on the 50th Anniversary of their wedding, the Vision and the Scarlet Witch reunite to face a creeping, corrosive evil from beyond not just the grave, but beyond the universe itself. Wanda and Vision remain one of Marvel's most iconic couples — and not just for their marriage, but for everything since.

"It's a rare, beautiful thing for characters to truly be able to have a relationship grow as Wanda and Vision have. They've come together, they've come apart, and come back together stronger than before — as family. That's a mature bond, and it's something truly special — I'm honored to be part of it, and even more excited for folks to see us test it! At Death's Door, Wanda and Vision have nowhere to turn...but to each other."

"Working on SCARLET WITCH is a dream job," Tammetta shared. "Drawing Wanda in action is always fun and inspiring, and I’m so happy to be able to continue exploring her powers in this series as well. Being able to draw her alongside Vision is also a huge honor, knowing how important these characters are to fans!"

"Scarlet and Vision are one of my favorite couples in the Marvel Universe," Camagni shared. “They’re certainly the couple with the most dramatic history and an almost Victorian love story. The idea of being able to work on them and their relationship both delights and excites me, and I can't wait!"

Check out returning SCARLET WITCH cover artist Russell Dauterman’s latest gorgeous cover along with stunning variant covers by Stephanie Hans, Marguerite Sauvage, and a special Foil Homage Variant Cover by Josemaria Casanovas.

Sensing vulnerability, Dormammu has attacked Earth – and only Doom stands in his way! Dormammu has banished all other heroes to a pocket dimension, leaving Doom to stand alone against the Dark Lord of Chaos. But on the other hand... Doom has never needed allies in order to ensure that his will is done. It’s the ultimate showdown between two titans – with an ending you won’t see coming. As Earth hangs in the balance, it all comes down to DOOM VERSUS DORMAMMU.

Citation:

For Free Comic Book Day, on Saturday the 3rd of May, we will be getting a Fantastic Four/X-Men title from Marvel Comics. With a "Giant-Size X-Men" story by Collin Kelly, Jackson Lanzing and Iban Coello.

I can now confirm that we will be getting a Giant-Size X-Men series launching from Marvel four weeks later with Giant-Size X-Men #1 on the 28th of May, from the same creative team, and covers by Arthur Adams, Greg Capullo, Ivan Talavera, Lucas Werneck and Todd Nauck. The solicitation for the Free Comic Book Day version runs below.
Citation:

I hear that Marvel will launch a new Spider-Girl series with Spider-Girl #1 in June. I am also hearing gossip about a number of Marvel Comics series that will be launching over the next few months, such as Emma Frost: The White Queen, some of which I have creative details for…. but again, not for this one. Though I hear that Kaare Andrews, Nicoletta and Peach Momoko will be doing covers with Marguerite Sauvage on a Savage Spider-Girl version.
Citation:

I have gotten some gossip about a number of Marvel Comics series that will be launching over the next few months, that haven't been announced. It's been a busy day. Such as Spider-Man & Wolverine #1 written by Marc Guggenheim for May. With covers by Clayton Crain, David Marquez, Dike Ruan, Mark Bagley and Nick Bradshaw.
Citation:

I have gotten the nod that Marvel will be launching a new Gwenpool series written by Cavan Scott, with issue #1 scheduled for May. That's all I know for creative teams, which is more than I have had for Spider-Girl and Emma Frost: White Queen, also all launching new series. But I do know that Gwenpool #1 will have variant covers by Godtail, Greg Land, Gurihiri, Jeehyung Lee, Paco Medina and Todd Nauck.
Citation:

Following the previously announced Godzilla Vs X-Men, Godzilla Vs Fantastic Four and Godzilla Vs Spider-Man, I get the rather predictable word that it will be followed by Godzilla Vs Avengers #1 one-shot for June. However, that still leaves two of the six slots unfilled. Might one of them be Godzilla Vs Hulk? And the other, either Godzilla Vs Deadpool or Godzilla Vs Jeff The Land Shark? Anyway, I do know Godzilla Vs Avengers #1 one-shot for June for sure, with covers by Lee Garbett, Mike Allred and Nick Bradshaw. But that is all. The first, Godzilla Vs FF is out in a month.
Citation:

I get the word that Marvel is to launch an Emma Frost: The White Queen series, with the first issue seeing publication in June 2025. That's all I know, I am getting gossip about a number of Marvel Comics series that will be launching over the next few months, some of which I have creative details for…. but not Emma Frost: The White Queen. But I do know, somehow, that it will have cover artists Greg Land, Joelle Jones, Joshua Swaby, Mike Henderson, and Rickie Yagawa on the first issue. Mike Henderson drawing a "Bring On The Bad Guys" variant cover suggests that Marvel Comics may be spotlighting their more villainous characters like Emma Frost even more. A collection of the series will be published in February 2026. I know nothing else… but wouldn't it be a fun place for X-Men Group Editor Tom Brevoort to put this particular plotline?

Le Spider-Man & Wolverine, c'est le truc superflu à souhait, avec un mauvais scénariste, mais qui va bien sûr se vendre.

Gwenpool, c'est une bonne nouvelle. Les précédentes séries étaient assez chouettes.
