C'est beau ! Mais Venom dans l'espace - même après le run de Cates - je n'y arrive pas. Ca se tient dans l'idée (le symbiote tout ça) mais c'est tellement un perso urbain à mes yeux.

Je passe sans problème malgré les 2 auteurs (appréciés), l'aperçu du FCBD n'incite guère à se lancer.

C'est exactement ce que j'allais dire... j'ai confiance en Al Ewing, mais pour le moment, le Venom spatial, c'est pour moi surtout l'héritage moisi de Bendis et toute cette période de Space Knight avec ce design moisi... le pire du personnage selon moi. Je préférais vraiment quand il ronronnait, alternant des périodes où il était complètement taré et d'autres où il se rangeait du côté des bons... ça tournait en rond, mais au moins, ça restait cohérent avec le perso. Bendis a ruiné Venom à mes yeux... heureusement que Cates lui a rendu ses lettres de noblesse depuis. |
Tout comme vous, en dépit du combo Ewing-Ram V, je ne vois pas Venom autrement qu'un anti-héros urbain. Et surtout que le style de Hitch ne colle pas selon moi avec le perso.

Disons que c'est la chose la plus rassurante de ce titre: une équipe qui a quand même souvent fait ses preuves ! Ewing gère en général très bien ses titres cosmiques, donc possible qu'il parvienne à rendre cet aspect de Venom intéressant. |
