This November, Valiant Entertainment reveals the meaning behind the "Unity" teaser in its 2013 Free Comic Book Day issue. However, this isn't the "Unity" longtime Valiant fans might remember.

Originally the name of a line-wide crossover in 1992, the new Valiant's "Unity" is an ongoing series written by Matt Kindt with art by Doug Braithwaite. The series introduces the Valiant Universe's first ever superhero team along the same lines of Marvel's Avengers or DC's Justice League -- but the members of this company aren't as heroic as those mainstream squads. In order to stop X-O Manowar's apparent takeover of Romania, Harbinger Foundation head Toyo Harada assembles his team to stop the man out of time before the situation gets out of hand. Harada, alongside Livewire, Ninjak and Eternal Warrior join forces to combat X-O in his quest to secure Romania for his people.

La preview donne envie en tout cas

On parle de plus en plus de la productivité de Kindt, j'ai fait les comptes. Ce mois-ci il n'y aura que deux titres écrits par lui qui sortent. Par contre il y en aura 6 en septembre, 7 en octobre, surement autant en novembre avec Unity, chapeau!

Le seul truc c'est que sur celle-ci et celle de Rivera, Harada and co semblent faire équipe avec X-O...
Le groupe n'a-t-il pas été cré&é pour s'opposer à X-O et aux Visigoths (ça fait bizarre de dire ça ;) ) ?

Faudrait peut-être que j'essaie Valient un jour puisque tout le monde en parle ! (C'est beau le buzz quand même !)

Mais, si je veux bien vous croire sur le côté rafraichissant des intrigues, je ne suis pas très convaincu des parties graphiques. Là encore, ce n'est pas tellement mon style...

Braithwaite à l'air en forme, du coup ça me donne envie de me mettre à valiant.
Est ce qu'il y a des séries déjà parus qu'il vaut mieux lire avant de commencer celle-çi ?
Pour le moment, à part Unity, il n'y a guère que Eternal Warrior et Bloodshot qui me tentent...

Unity est la suite directe de X-O Manowar, donc oui vaut mieux au minimum lire cette dernière avant de se lancer dans cette série.

Valiant a un avantage d'avoir actuellement un univers très diversifié que cela soit scénaristiquement ou graphiquement.

Je suis sur que si tu fouilles un peu tu risques de trouver un style de dessin qui te convient :
