As vampires attack the Marvel Universe, a ragtag group of volunteer Avengers set out to change the tide of battle. And in the aftermath, Captain America will form the Avengers Emergency Response Squad! Steve’s handpicked team of veterans and newcomers live and train in Avengers Mansion, and when Captain America sounds the mission horn, whoever’s on base has seconds to pack up and deploy.

Reporting for duty are: Captain America (Steve Rogers), Wasp, Hawkeye (Clint Barton), Hercules, She-Hulk, Photon, Night Thrasher, Lightning, Wonder Man, Shang-Chi, and Lightspeed (Julie Power).

When the Red Skull’s daughter discovers a dangerous artifact, Cap, Wasp, Photon and Shang-Chi set out to stop her—while Hawkeye hosts a poker game for the late arrivals. Will the AVENG.E.R.S. pass their first real test? Find out in the debut issue!

Enfin une équipe digne des Vengeurs et pas juste le MCU All Stars!

Lightning était déjà annoncé, Wasp et Hercules étaient très probables, mais Lightspeed et Night Thrasher, c'est la bonne surprise! Content de voir Monica aussi.

Dommage qu'Orlando ait pris le mauvais Hawkeye, par contre.

Marvel a cette fâcheuse habitude de prendre un scénariste moyen voire mauvais, et de le mettre sur plusieurs projets à la suite. Mais rassurez-vous un jour Steve Orlando ira rejoindre les limbes des Chuck Austen ou Daniel Way... pour être remplacé par un autre du même acabit.

je vois pas l interet outre orlando de faire qu une mini.. soit tu lances vraiment un autre titre avengers.. mais en 5 numeros je vois pas ce que tu peux raconter d assez interessant pour une mini

En même temps je vois pas quel autre éditeur aurait pu utiliser ce titre.
Avengers étant de base déposé, et Avengers assemble utilisé dans tout le bouquin.
Oui je dis ça alors que Billy criait captain marvel tout les 4 matins et que ça n'a pas empêcher marvel de récupérer le titre.

Rooster : Captain america (Roger). Oui ok, enfin il y'a d'autre leader chez les vengeurs non.
Wonder Man : A quoi il sert, s'il est toujours pacifiste ?
She Hulk : Elle va encore s'énerver ?
Hawkeye : Oui s'il redonne un Clint moins looser.
Monica : A voir, pas très fan du perso.
Shang shi : Mais pourquoi ? Le seul que je peux vraiment pas même pour 5 épisode.

Lightspeed : Tien elle grille Alex qui était sur les rang depuis New Warriors ^^
Night Trasher : Oui, mais non ! Comme wolvie fusse un temps je le vois pas en vengeur. On aura un nouveau batman like dans la roster, ça me soule.

Pour Black Panther, c'est logique aussi, va trouver un auteur afro-américain ET vampire pour l'écrire, pas facile... :beu: :D :bye:

Plus sérieusement, sans Chad, est-ce que Marvel a intérêt (économiquement parlant, hein) à (sur)vendre le personnage sur papier?
A voir quand la série TV arrivera.

y avait tout le monde (sersi, crystal et .. Hercules) en blouson. C est une bonne periode au contraire.. largement au dessus de ce qui se fait sur la série principale depuis 20 ans.

Moi la compo ou le blouson ca va... le secnariste et en plus 5numeros pour faire quoi que ce soit avec cette equipe.. là non

Déjà on devait plus avoir de séries de moins de 8 numeros...

J'ai lu peu de choses d'Orlando, mais j'ai trouvé ses Maraudeurs assez bien, à part un gros point noir sur les relations humains/mutants.
Il maîtrisait assez bien les personnages pour que je sois intéressé par ses Avengers, surtout avec ce casting. Mais 5 épisodes, c'est ridicule.

Si comme suggéré, ce sont des victimes des gros events qui veulent protéger les humains "normaux", je me demande si leur influence ne va pas s'étendre au-delà des séries X. Il n'y a pas de raison qu'ils n'en veulent qu'aux mutants.
Je ne serais pas surpris de voir Marvel copier Absolute Power.

Sinon ce n'était pas Kelly, si ma mémoire est bonne, mais Lobdell juste avant qui avait développé un concept de Sentinelles humaines (inconsciente de l'être) pour l'event Operation Zero Tolerance... qui a dit Infinte Crisis ?

Je reviens sur Avengers Assemble : She-Hulk a actuellement un très bon titre à son nom. Hawkeye revient d'un très bon titre Thunderbolts et Night Thrasher a eu droit à une superbe mini il y a quelques mois à peine... Il y a de quoi faire un bon titre juste avec ces héros. Je suis curieux de voir ce que ça va donner.

Oui tu as raison, c'était une bonne période, j'aimais bien les histoires de ces Avengers.

Mais pas les blousons, je n'aimais déjà pas ça à l'époque. :D
