Après, Bendis chez Marvel, je dirais que ça dépend des titres et des périodes.
Mais, comme tu le dis, Bendis qui quitte Marvel pour DC ? Qui prend Superman, LE personnage historique des comics ?
Ca aurait dû vendre plus, oui. Clairement.
(on peut mettre ça en parallèle du film Batman V Superman : Dawn of Justice, qui a fait 873.6 millions de dollars pour un budget de 250/300 millions ; en soi, ça reste de bons chiffres, mais... Snyder ? un film sur Batman & Superman, avec Wonder Woman ? ne pas faire un milliard est un échec)

Tiens, question continuité, Flash Annual #2 en janvier 2019 montrera Barry avouer le sort de Wally à Iris avec Bart pas loin (cela fera le lien avec Young Justice) :

Débuts en janvier 2019 pour le Black Label de la série The Other History of the DC Universe écrite par John Ridley.
Le titre sera dessiné par un artiste différent à chaque fois : cela débute avec Black Lightning qui sera croqué par Alex Dos Diaz.

Je n'ai pas encore mis la main sur la série originale de Wolfman, mais j'en ai entendu du bien. Et je crois que je prendrai led premiers numéros de cette série, j'aime bien l'idée.

Petite précision quand même pour les distraits : il ne s'agit pas de bande-dessinée :

Oui, comme l'original de Wolfman et Perez.

Jamais compris l'intérêt de ce genre de trucs.

Pour un éditeur, ça permet de certifier qu'il maîtrise le concept d'univers partagé, et de sa longue histoire.
Pour un lecteur, c'est sympa d'avoir un vrai faux livre d'histoire, et surtout de s'en prendre plein la tronche avec de superbes illustrations, c'était le cas pour le premier History of the DC Universe.

enfin, si c'est des illustrations comme ce qui nous est proposé 4 posts avant.......
