Awesome news! Ryan North will be a Comic Guest at the Heroes Dutch Comic Con Summer Edition! ✍️
Ryan North is the writer of Fantastic Four. His recent work includes the non-fiction books How To Take Over The World and How To Invent Everything, the semi-fictional graphic novel adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse-Five, and the so-far-fictional series Dinosaur Comics and Squirrel Girl 📖
He's an internationally-recognized multiple-New-York-Times-bestselling author whose work has been translated into 16 different languages, and as a linguist, he's very happy about that. He lives in Toronto, where he once messed up walking his dog so badly it made the news. And you know what? His book “Krypto: the last dog of Krypton” will be released the same week we have HDCC, so don’t miss it! 💪

Jim originally hails from the sunny land of Great Britain, and landed his first professional penciling job at Marvel UK in the mid 90s. Whilst exclusive with Marvel Comics for over 15 years, he created titles such as INFINITY, which spawned the Avengers: Infinity War movie, and the award winning YOUNG AVENGERS!
His past credits include JUSTICE LEAGUE and WONDER WOMAN for DC Comics, and numerous titles for Marvel Comics, including YOUNG AVENGERS, INFINITY, SPIDER-MAN:THE CLONE CONSPIRACY, AVENGERS VS X-MEN, NEW AVENGERS, ILLUMINATI, and ORIGINAL SIN.
Jim is currently working on a book for DC, and enjoying the challenges that the project is throwing his way. ✏️

Ron Marz will be at HDCC Summer 2025 🔥
He has been writing comics for more than three decades, starting his career with a lengthy run on Silver Surfer for Marvel. Since then, he has worked for virtually every major publisher, including stints on Thor for Marvel, Green Lantern and Superboy for DC, Star Wars for Dark Horse, the historic Marvel vs. DC crossover, Witchblade for Image, and many others.
He has also written extensively for video games, and is currently part of the narrative team for Blizzard’s Diablo franchise. 😍

Jermaine McLaughlin is bringing his new “Superman: The Official Cookbook: recipes from Smallville to the Hall of Justice and Beyond” to HDCC! 💥
Born in London and now based in Brooklyn, Jermaine has spent over 20 years in the comic book industry. He started with a decade at DC Comics, where he worked closely with industry legends and had a front-row seat to major events like Infinite Crisis, The Return of Red Hood, Flashpoint, and the birth of The New 52. ✏️
Beyond DC, he has written for Syfy Wire and The Beat, and his work is featured in the Marvel Comics Library series from Taschen, including The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Man, and The Fantastic Four collections.
Jermaine made a splash last year authoring “The Official Spider-man cookbook”, which served as a culinary tour of some of the Spider family’s favorite foods. He’s returning to Heroes Dutch Comicon this year with “Superman: The Official Cookbook: recipes from Smallville to the Hall of Justice and Beyond”, where our guide around the DC Universe will be none other than the Mom of Steel herself, Martha Kent. 🙌

Comic book legend Tom Grummett is coming to HDCC Summer 2025. 🦸*♂️📖
Tom Grummett has enjoyed a career of over thirty years in the comic book industry, penciling various titles for Marvel and DC. Beginning with the New Teen Titans, he moved to regular penciling duties on Adventures of Superman, where he contributed to the Death and Return of Superman storyline. Since then he has worked on Robin, Fantastic Four, Superboy, X-Men Forever, Teen Titans, Incredible Hulk, and Avengers Academy, among others.
He has illustrated comics custom comics for Marvel and DC serving commercial clients, and along with long-time collaborator Karl Kesel, illustrates the creator owned series Section Zero. He was honored in 2015 as a recipient of an Inkpot Award for achievement in the comic arts, and has been inducted into the Joe Shuster Awards Hall of Fame.
