Le planning des panels de San Diego :

For the first time, Marvel is kicking off Comic-Con weekend with a Hall H panel on Thursday, July 25, at 6:30pm PT. Marvel Studios fans won’t want to miss Marvel Studios: The Ultimate Deadpool and Wolverine Celebration of Life. Fans can register for a chance to reserve a seat HERE.

Marvel is also bringing back fan-favorite panels like “Marvel Comics: Next Big Thing,” which will dive into what comes next in Marvel’s Comics and the future of the Marvel Universe; “Women of Marvel,” assembling talent from across the Marvel team to talk about breaking in as a creative, and Marvel’s 85-year legacy; “Marvel Fanfare with C.B. Cebulski,” who will be joined by Producer and Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige along with other guests as they discuss Marvel storytelling across comics and film; and of course Marvel Studios’ Hall H Presentation Saturday at 6:00pm PT, sharing all the latest news about the Marvel Cinematic Universe directly with fans in a can’t miss dive into the MCU!

For X-Fans, the editorial and creative team on Marvel Comics’ X-Men relaunch will share first looks and behind-the-scenes reveals of what’s next for Marvel’s Merry Mutants during “Marvel Comics: X-Men From the Ashes” on Saturday, July 27.

And for fans of tabletop games, The Glass Cannon Network will host a live-play of the Marvel tabletop RPG “Deadpool Role-Plays the Marvel Universe” in an hour-and-a-half long show that will take the crew through interesting career choices as they careen through the Marvel Universe—and make sure to stick around for a special giveaway at the end!

Marvel Games fans won’t want to miss the Marvel Rivals game panel on Thursday, July 25, which will dive into the making of NetEase Games and Marvel Games’ “Marvel Rivals”, with a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the new Marvel Super Hero Team-Based PVP Shooter, including exclusive reveals and a special giveaway.

On croirait du Elseworld Iron Man.

Encore une fois, un auteur introduit bien trop tard dans son run un concept intéressant (Tony et James qui travaillent à la réinsertion de vilains, ou avant lui Bendis et son organisation incluant des membres de l'Initiative et de l'Avengers Academy), et l'auteur suivant ne le reprend pas.
Ça m'aurait plus intéressé que le pitch proposé là qui n'a rien de bien original pur Iron Man.

donc j'ai stoppé les pré-co sur les 2 titres que je voulais suivre.. pourquoi acheter des Issues, si tu n'as pas un produit complet ? (les pages seront "très certainement" publiées dans les Reliés ou "parfois" dans les second print des issues, dixit Brevoort).

(je n'ai jamais sorti un tél pour voir les "Améliorations" par le passé dans certains titres... j'ai toujours trouvé que ça te sorts du récit, et plus souvent que nécessaire , tu perds du temps à t'enregistrer, re-rentrer tes codes, pas voir assez grand, ou lent à charger .. )

En l'espace d'un ou deux ans, les franchises Venom et Spider-Man se sont multipliées comme un cancer. Ça balance des nouvelles araignées et symbiotes dans tous les sens, dans l'espoir de faire percer un personnage sans avoir à fournir trop d'efforts.

Et encore, je ne nous ai pas infligé l'annonce de la nouvelle Spider-Girl qui fera ses débuts dans la série Spider-Boy...

J'ai pris énormément de retard dans mes lectures et je pense arrêter définitivement Marvel à la fin de Bloodhunt. L'envie a disparu d'un coup il y a plus d'un mois.
Les futurs projets ne m'intéressent plus.

- les gars faut trouver une nouvelle façon d'emmerder les lecteurs de singles
- autre que les prix à 4,99?
- oui
- ou les séries annulées au bout de 5 épisodes?
- oui
- même les events et crossovers en 40 parties c'est pas assez?
- non
- alors ne publions pas tout dans le single et gardons une page en ligne qu'on mettra ensuite dans les tp
- oui sympa comme idée, si après ça ils continuent d'acheter en singles je ne comprends pas
- et pourtant....

Il y avait un Ultron dans les ancien VCO qui était gentil et s'est sacrifier me semble.
Malgré tout pas fan. Et puis Iron Man et War Machine font doublon. Quand à Spider Woman j'aurais préférer revoir Julia et non Jessica.

Je suis content que Duggan suive l'idée qui lui est venue sur le tard, et qui a l'air bien plus intéressante que le soap opera avec Emma Frost. Bonus s'il suit aussi le retour de ce personnage dans Avengers Inc. Mais le nom "Avengers" sur la couverture, ça me donne des attentes sur une série d'équipe, et je me prends à vouloir quelques membres qui m'intéresseraient plus.

A part Stegman, j'ai eu l'impression de voir le même dessinateur sur toutes les séries. C'est très formaté/uniformisé côté dessins je trouve, beaucoup trop ! Y a rien qui détonne vraiment, c'est dommage.
Mais bon, de toute façon je n'avais pas vraiment l'intention de me relancer dans une énième mouture des X-Men.

Il y a aussi une série sole Psylocke qui a été annoncée.

Launching in November, PSYLOCKE will be written by Alyssa Wong, known for their acclaimed work on STAR WARS: DOCTOR APHRA and DEADPOOL, and drawn by rising star Vincenzo Carratù, the artist currently delivering explosive vampire slaying action in DRACULA: BLOOD HUNT.

PSYLOCKE will tie into the character’s current status quo established in Jed Mackay and Ryan Stegman’s X-MEN #1, where she lends her deadly expertise to Cyclops’ team of X-Men operating out of Alaska. apres c etait justement interessant car le fait d avoir les deux montrait bien (comme avec beast) que on est vite plus la meme personne dés que quelques années passent..

Le Beast ressucité lui aussi n etait pas encore le beast "actuel"et ne le sera donc probablement jamais
Apres le départ de hickmann, les autres ont bien joué avec justement tous les problemes que soulevaient les idées de hickmann

Pas sur étant donné que dans Age of X, les mutants avait rencontré un version futur et déjà mauvaise de Beast.

Le roman nous sommes bob, nous sommes légion montre bien qu'en effet à partir d'une même base en temps que personne ensuite chacun évolue ou a ses différences, même si aucun n'a pris un virage à 180%.

C'est une question avec laquelle les auteurs SF/Comics joue souvent, le est-on destinée à devenir ce qu'on a été (Dans un autre futur même probable).
En comics je pense à Cosmic Ghost Rider qui veut tuer Thanos Bébé.
Ou je pense au jeune X-men. Beast avait transporter le jeune cyclops pour qu'il se confronte a son lui futur, et que son lui futur soit ramener à "la raison".
N'empêche les événements on eu lieu tel quel (Vu que les jeunes X-men avaient leurs souvenirs d'effacés) et même une fois les souvenir revenu, ils sont rester tel quel.
Beast par exemple n'a jamais retouché à la magie pour autant.
D'ailleurs il est intéressant de noter que le beast actuel est donc antérieur et ne se rappel pas ses aventures en temps que jeune Xmen dans le présent (Rho le mal de crane qu'il va avoir en lisant les rapports à terme), mais bon les auteurs on surement oublié ce point de détail.

Sachant que je trouvais que c'était déjà le cas sous Krakoa, je suis désespéré de voir cette multitude de titres annonces... alors certes, beaucoup n'auront sans doute pas un grand avenir, mais quand même... j'avoue que je préfèrerai deux trois titres max, mais que chacun soit vraiment d'une qualité irréprochable, plutôt qu'une multitude de titres qui seront vite lus (ou pas), vite oubliés... Et encore, je suis fan de la franchise, et ça peut se justifier avec tous les perso X, mais quand je vois le nombre de séries Spider-man, dont aucune ne me donne envie, je m'interroge sur la stratégie de Marvel (bon, cela dit, le titre principal Spider-man continue de se vendre pas trop mal a priori donc ça suffit à les convaincre de continuer).

Age of Apo ou Age of X ou quoi que ce soit.. c est ca qui malheureusment fait tourner le destin de Beast.
Jusque là c est le plus integre ou presque (avec kitty et Diablo)et surtout le plus jovial..
un scenariste veut montrer un monde où ca aurait tourné differemment et tout ce que tout le monde trouve a faire c est juste de se dire que s il tourne mal là-bas, forcement aussi sur 616.. ce qui va a l encontre de justement toutes les intrigues de superheros qui veulent bien te dire que tu n as pas de destinée..

c est un peu comme ceux qui trouvent que c est hickmann qui fait du communautarisme..

J ai parfois l impression que les gens y compris brevoort ont moins lu xmen que moi.. alors que j ai pas mal de trous dans les 90's..

Mais rien que relire le xmen vs avengers des 80's.. tout ca est tellement criant

Vraiment c est carrement moins choquant que ce que bendis a fait sur avengers (Hawkeye, Captain America).. et qui n etait pas du tout là..

Bah Brevoort ne cache pas le fait qu'il a moins aimé la tournure prise par les X-Men de Chris Claremont suite au départ de John Byrne (quand le focus est concentré sur Kitty, Ororo & Logan plutôt que Scott), au point d'arrêter de lire ce run vers cette période "Malicia/Magneto".

By 1982 when I was forced to pare back my comic book buying due to a lack of income, there was no more popular series in the land than UNCANNY X-MEN. Following the enormous reaction to the “Dark Phoenix Saga” by Chris Claremont and John Byrne a year or two earlier, the title simply exploded, especially in the fan-oriented Direct Sales market. But this growth also coincided with my growing progressively less enchanted with the series, which had been a favorite up to that point. Byrne’s departure changed the ethos of the book in some way, and I found that I was becoming less and less interested in the mutants and their struggles. So accordingly, i ceased buying it with this issue, #171.

X-MEN was a really good book during this time, a testament t the creative tripod that was writer Chris Claremont, artist and co-plotter John Byrne and editor Roger Stern. These three creators all balanced one another’s strengths and weaknesses well, creating a series that was fun and exciting and unexpected and which carried a bit more depth than the typical Marvel title of the era.

By the time of UNCANNY X-MEN #171, two of the three were gone, with Claremont as the sole survivor. Byrne’s departure was a great loss, his visual treatment (and his co-potting skills) were essential to the appeal of X-MEN. But this was offset, it seemed, by the return of the title’s co-creator Dave Cockrum. I had loved the early Cockrum issues as I dug them out as back issues–in some ways, I liked them better than the Byrne ones. So I was ready for this change. Unfortunately, something just wasn’t right. Cockrum’s work seemed to have lost a lot of the power and sleekness it once had, constrained into pages with lots of tiny panels with lots of full figures in them, as was the preference of EIC Shooter. It likely also didn’t help that inker/finisher Joe Rubinstein wasn’t as slick an inker as the departed Terry Austin.

This is a period that is particularly beloved by a whole generation of X-MEN readers. But to me, it moved the series away from the aspects of it that I most liked and towards territory that I wasn’t as comfortable with. I was a typically conservative comic book reader who was averse to change, if you come right down to it. Also, the centerpoint of the series had shifted since Byrne’s departure. When I began reading the title, the pivot-point of the entire affair was the relationship between Cyclops and Phoenix. When Jean died and Cyclops left the book, Chris needed to find a new pivot-point. For a while, he tried to make it newcomer Kitty Pryde. But I found this just made her annoying to me–I had liked her in her earliest appearances, but when she became a genius girl and was the center of every storyline, it was too much too fast for me. Eventually, later on, Claremont would come to move Wolverine and the radically recreated version of Storm into the center square. But that didn’t feel right to me either.

Un changement mis en exergue dans un des numéros post-Mutant Massacre avec Bret Blevins (à l'atmosphère résolument sombre, inquiétante et à la lisière de l'horrifique), dans lequel le revenant Havok (représentatif des X-Men d'avant pré-Claremont) a bien du mal à reconnaître les X-Men (du moins l'idée qu'il s'en fait).
