Charlie Adlard time! As they've done in past years, Boom Studios has used ComicsPRO's Annual Conference to announce, or more accurately tease, new creators working on new projects at the publisher. This year, the announcements came in the form of a sizzle reel that President of Publishing & Marketing, Filip Sablik, shared with retailers moments ago. One of the creator names shown was an unexpected one – Charlie Adlard. Adlard, of course, is Robert Kirkman's creative partner for the majority of the biggest comic book hit of the noughties, The Walking Dead. Adlard penciled 187 issues of the series which spun off into multiple TV shows, video games, board games, and formed the cornerstone of Kirkman's Skybound.
The Walking Dead's Charlie Adlard Picks Boom For Next Project
Charlei Adlard by Niccolò Caranti CC BY-SA 4.0
And while Adlard has worked the bande-dessinée Vampire State Building for French publisher Soleil (and subsequently released in the States by Ablaze) with writers Ange and Patrick Renault and developed a historical fiction project called Heretic with writer Robbie Morrison, he's been absent from any new projects from American publishers in over two years despite offers from Marvel and DC. Thanks to The Walking Dead Deluxe, the coloured re-release of the entire series on a weekly basis, he's still had a regular presence in the market.
Based on the video we saw, the creators named are each working on a series for Boom in 2022, which begs the question – what's the name of Charlie Adlard's first new series after The Walking Dead? And who is the writer? It could be other fellow Brits shown in the video like Kieron Gillen or Al Ewing, but our money is on Step By Bloody Step writer Si Spurrier. Spurrier's name flashes on the screen just ahead of Adlard's and he hasn't had a new project at Boom since 2019's Alienated with Chris Wildgoose.
Adlard isn't the only new Image creator shown off in Boom's sizzle reel. Darcy Van Poelgeest, who wrote Image's breakout hit of 2019, Little Bird, also appears in the list of names. Like Adlard, assuming Boom is teasing a new creator-owned series, this would be Van Poelgeest's first since Little Bird won the Eisner Award for Best Limited Series. A sequel to Little Bird, Precious Metal with artist Ian Bertram, was announced by Image for 2021 in 2020 but has yet to be released.
Will Boom have additional Image creators to announce later this year? Only time will tell, but we plan to be the first to let you know if and when it happens. In the meantime, stay tuned for more news coming out of ComicsPRO as it breaks.
A pair of names that popped up may raise some eyebrows were Mattson Tomlin and Lee Bermejo. Tomlin worked on the script of The Batman, in cinemas on the 3rd of March, with filmmaker Matt Reeves and also wrote the recent Batman: The Imposter comic series for DC Black Label, which has a collection landing in stores next week. Beyond Batman, Tomlin is one of Hollywood's most in-demand screenwriters thanks to Project Power on Netflix, starring Jamie Foxx & James Gordon-Levitt; Mother/Android on Hulu, starring Chloe Grace Moretz; and the upcoming Mega Man adaptation. As well as Boom's BRZRKR adaptation at Netflix with Keanu Reeves. Meanwhile, Bermejo is a fan favourite from his work on DC's Batman: Damned and The Joker, both with longtime collaborator (and also featured in Boom's sizzle reel), Brian Azzarello as well as being one of the most in-demand cover artists in the industry. And, yes, launching the biggest story out of DC Comics in decades, over the batpenis.
The Batman's Mattson Tomlin & The Joker's Lee Bermejo At Boom Studios
Mattson Tomlin screencap
And while Bermejo has contributed covers to Boom including Reeves, Matt Kindt, and Ron Garney's BRZRKR, both he and Tomlin are new creators when it comes to bringing a series to Boom. As we understand it, this will be Tomlin's first creator-owned project in the industry and Bermejo's first series outside of DC in many years. Who knows what the new series will be about, but when we know, you'll know.

Jason Aaron Debuts ONCE UPON A TIME AT THE END OF THE WORLD with BOOM! Studios
Discover an Explosive New Series from NYT Bestselling Writer & All-Star Artists Starting in November 2022
BOOM! Studios announced today an epic post-apocalyptic series from New York Times bestselling and Eisner and Harvey Award winner, writer Jason Aaron (Thor, The Avengers, Southern Bastards) who launches his most ambitious creator-owned series to date with three unique artistic teams to take on a vision of the end of the world that’s brutal and nostalgic, whimsical and grounded… and ultimately, timeless.
Maceo and Mezzy have never met anyone like each other, and they’ll need all the help they can get to survive a planet ravaged by environmental catastrophe. This epic trilogy–each issue overflowing with 30 story pages–spans a lifetime as the dark mysteries of a ruined world and their own stark differences tear at the threads holding Maceo and Mezzy together.. Will they, and the earth beneath their feet, ultimately be torn apart?
Jason Aaron is an award-winning comic book writer best known for his work with Marvel Comics, including a landmark seven-year run on Thor that introduced Jane Foster as the hammer-wielding Mighty Thor. He’s also had celebrated stints writing Wolverine, Doctor Strange, Ghost Rider, Conan, and the 2015 Marvel relaunch of Star Wars that was the best-selling American comic book in more than 20 years. Aaron is the current writer on Marvel’s flagship Avengers book and its spinoff, Avengers Forever, along with a brand-new, character-defining Punisher series. His critically acclaimed creator-owned work includes the Eisner and Harvey Award-winning Southern Bastards from Image Comics and the New York Times best-selling crime series Scalped from Vertigo Comics. Aaron was born and raised in Alabama and currently resides in Kansas City.
“A love story should be more than just one kind of story. More than just a first act. Especially when it’s the kind of epic, unbridled love that carves a trail across two lifetimes, leaving behind moments of joy and suffering, pleasure and horror, healing and scarring. Even more so when those lives are being lived in a post-apocalyptic wasteland,” said Aaron. “This is the story of two lost kids who find each other at the very end of days. Like if Wes Anderson had directed ‘Road Warrior.’ But that’s only the beginning of their journey of survival and of the world’s last great love story.”
ONCE UPON A TIME AT THE END OF THE WORLD #1 features main cover art by highly acclaimed illustrator Mike Del Mundo (Thor), and variant cover art by famed artists Alexandre Tefenkgi (The Good Asian), Junggeun Yoon (Something is Killing the Children), Jenny Frison (Wonder Woman), and more.
“Jason and three uniquely distinct and original artists weave a story that feels close to home—whether it takes you back to your own childhood and the unjaded attempts at first love, first great heartbreak, or first steps into the unknown—ONCE UPON A TIME AT THE END OF THE WORLD hits a nerve, reminds you of a forgotten time, and sweeps you up into the lives of this unlikely duo navigating a dying world,” said Sierra Hahn, Executive Editor, BOOM! Studios. “Each artist will weave in and out of each other’s respective chapters taking readers on a journey forward and back in time. It’s a comic reading experience that you won’t want to miss.

https://buzzpreview.buzzcomics.net/2022-09/Boom/vc11.jpg
BOOM! Studios announced a new original series, A Vicious Circle, a prestige three-issue series, from Mattson Tomlin and artist Lee Bermejo.
Shawn Thacker is a trained assassin from the future who seeks revenge on the only other man with his affliction—each life they take forces them both to involuntarily travel between vastly different past and future eras. Spanning from 22nd century Tokyo to 1950s New Orleans to the Cretaceous Era and beyond, the two mortal rivals are locked in a battle of wills that spans millions of years, all to alter the course of history.
“A VICIOUS CIRCLE is a passion project and the most deliciously challenging thing I’ve done in my career thus far. This is thanks to the collaboration with Mattson, whose gift of being able to bring intimacy and subtle nuance to epic genre concepts helps make them feel personal as much as bombastic,” said Bermejo in a press release from BOOM! Studios. “ It’s also an opportunity for us to embrace and play with what makes the medium of sequential art so unique and give readers a tailored, stylistic experience to every sequence.”

Rob Guillory and Sam Lotfi Destroy the Tech Gods in Brand New Series MOSELY
Discover a Brand New Original Sci-Fi Series From Highly Acclaimed Star Creators in January 2023
BOOM! Studios announced today MOSELY, a brand new five-issue limited series from Farmhand creator and co-creator of Chew, Rob Guillory, highly acclaimed artist Sam Lotfi (Harley Quinn), and colorist Jean-Francois Beaulieu (I Hate Fairyland), chronicling one man’s attempt to take down the mighty idols of technology that have captivated the world in the near future. Available in stores January 2023.
In the hyper-technological world of the later 21st century, Mosely is a bitter old janitor on a mission from a higher power—to unleash holy Hell upon the “too big to fail” Tech Gods.
Can one man bring down the corporate powers who’ve used their vast influence to oppress an all too complacent human race (and hopefully win back the favor of his estranged family while he’s at it)? Mosely’s taking up the Holy Hammer and you better believe he’s gonna smash some $h!t until he sets mankind free!
Rob Guillory is an Eisner Award-winning American comic book artist and writer. Born, raised and currently based in Lafayette, Louisiana, Guillory is most known for his eight-year run on Image Comics’ New York Times Bestselling Chew. The book went on to achieve much success, winning two Harvey Awards (including Best New Talent for Guillory), two Eisner Awards, as well as being translated into a dozen or so languages. Guillory is also currently writer/artist on his hit creator-owned series Farmhand from Image Comics.
“I pictured MOSELY as the summer action blockbuster I’ve always wanted to write. But when I put pen to paper, Marvin Mosely had bigger plans. Turns out Mose was such a huge character that this story had to grow to epic proportions just to contain him,” said Guillory. “He’s maybe the most unlikely savior of the world in comics today. And you’re gonna completely fall in love with the old bastard.”
Sam Lotfi is a comic book artist living in Austin, TX. He’s best known for his work on Mosely with Boom! Studios, Alfred: Pain in the Butler with DC Comics, and Last Stop on the Red Line with Dark Horse Comics, as well as other work for DC, IDW, Dynamite & 1First Comics. You can find Sam on Instagram @slotfi.
“I’m thrilled to be telling this story with Rob. It’s always a joy to create characters and a world from the ground up and even more fun to watch those characters collide! I found myself making sound effects out loud while drawing this book, that’s how fun the world of MOSELY is!” said Lotfi.
MOSELY #1 features main cover art by series artist Lotfi, and variant covers by series creator Guillory and highly acclaimed artists Joe Palmer (Time Before Time), Mike Huddleston (Decorum), and more.
“The false gods of technology have NOTHING on MOSELY in this exciting new sci-fi series that pits a singular individual against all of the corrupt corporate powers of Big Tech” said Sierra Hahn, Executive Editor, BOOM! Studios. “Of course, being the creative geniuses they are, Rob and Sam make this a fun, action-packed, and extremely entertaining thrill ride so get ready for big boss fights and a peek into a futuristic society that challenges our own relationships with our devices!”

Les annonces au ComicsPRO :
BOOM! Studios Returns to ComicsPRO for Milestone Anniversary Announcements
Something is Killing the Children, BRZRKR, and BOOM! Box Anchor a Tentpole Year for the Publisher
BOOM! Studios was thrilled to make a return to ComicsPRO’s Annual Comic Industry Meeting, celebrating the organization’s 20th anniversary this year in Pittsburgh, PA. As we continue to support our valued retail partners in 2024, please find the key points from BOOM! Studios’ presentation below:
This year, BOOM! Studios will commemorate landmark milestones in its history as a publisher:
The 5th year anniversary of the Slaughterverse’s flagship title SOMETHING IS KILLING THE CHILDREN as well as co-creator James Tynion IV’s 10th anniversary at the company.
The blockbuster series will return this year with issue #36, kicking off “ERICA SLAUGHTER YEAR ONE” in April: five self-contained stories that reveal what made Erica the iconic monster hunter we all know and love, perfect for new readers and long-time fans alike.
Spinoff series HOUSE OF SLAUGHTER returns in March with issue #21, as Jace Boucher’s FINAL story is told in “The Butcher’s War” culminating in the landmark 25th issue. Additionally, the long-awaited second deluxe hardcover of SOMETHING IS KILLING THE CHILDREN will release this fall, alongside additional anniversary driven announcements to come.
The 10th year anniversary of the award-winning YA imprint BOOM! BOX and its category-defining series LUMBERJANES.
Off of the breakout success of Michael Dialynas’ magical eco-fable ZAWA, the beloved imprint’s banner year kicks off with I HEART SKULL-CRUSHER! by writer Josie Campbell (My Adventures With Superman) and artist Alessio Zonno (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) in March.
Three more BOOM! Box series featuring incredible creative teams that have never worked with BOOM! Studios before will be announced later this year.
Both of these anniversaries will be celebrated at FREE COMIC BOOK DAY in May, with THE WORLDS OF JAMES TYNION IV and BOOM BOX 10TH ANNIVERSARY EXTRAVAGANZA specials.
2024 will also be a pivotal year for one of BOOM! Studios’ biggest tentpole franchises: BRZRKR.
Kicking off a year of BRZRKR releases will be the inaugural story in the second volume of BRZRKR: BLOODLINES, the series of standalone extra-length comic specials exploring B.’s bloody history.
Penning this new story will be legendary comics writer Jason Aaron (Once Upon a Time at the End of the World, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Batman Off-World) and superstar artist Francesco Manna (Predator: The Last Hunt, Carnage).
Titled BRZRKR: A FACEFUL OF BULLETS, this standalone special will bring B. to the iconic setting of the 1800s American West, placing him in the middle of a grudge match between a greedy land baron and his runaway daughter where he must decide if he will play the role of a guardian angel, or succumb to his violent tendencies…
BRZRKR: A FACEFUL OF BULLETS #1 will be available in comic shops in June 2024.
In July, the world of BRZRKR will expand even further with an original prose novel from Dey Rey — THE BOOK OF ELSEWHERE, written by Keanu Reeves and bestselling, award-winning author China Miéville.
New BRZRKR PEN & INK editions, featuring stunning black and white artwork and exclusive artist commentary, are also coming this year beginning with Steve Skroce’s Poetry of Madness next month.
A complete Deluxe Hardcover collecting the initial 12 issue mega-series in one premium volume will arrive this fall.
More exciting BRZRKR announcements, both in publishing and beyond, will come throughout the year.
The celebrated series THE EXPANSE: DRAGON TOOTH, set in the universe of James S.A. Corey’s The Expanse, will arrive at its monumental conclusion this year with issue #12 in May.
BOOM! Studios has teased plans beyond the current series, to be announced later this year.
BOOM! Studios will celebrate another epic milestone in 2024 with the 20th anniversary of THE AMORY WARS, the New York Times best-selling series created by Coheed and Cambria frontman Claudio Sanchez.
Announced earlier this week, the climactic chapter of the acclaimed sci-fi saga — NO WORLD FOR TOMORROW — will launch in comic shops in May.
Claudio Sanchez along with his wife and co-writer Chondra Echert, currently touring in their side project The Prize Fighter Inferno, performed a secret set exclusively for our retail partners at the ComicsPRO event today.
BOOM! Studios reiterated its mission to support and champion retailer partners in 2024.
Coupled with Diamond’s newly announced 3% of retail flat shipping rate, BOOM! Studios reinforced its commitment to its 2% of retail weekly freight rebate, reducing retailer freight costs to a mere 1% of retail beginning April 1.
Additionally, BOOM! Studios announced a deep discount sale that will run March 25 through April 5 so comic shops can take advantage of the improved shipping costs to restock their shelves.
These initiatives augment BOOM! Studios’ industry-leading, consistent affidavit returnability program (BOOM! Guarantee), best-in-class marketing and sales resources, and point-of-sale materials.

Jeff Lemire écrit et dessine une série pour Boom qui sortira d'ici la fin de l'année 2024.
Le titre est inconnu, juste une image est dévoilée :
https://buzzpreview.buzzcomics.net/2024-04/Boom/unnamed-1.webp
Jeff Lemire, the Eisner Award-winning and New York Times bestselling writer and artist behind critically and commercially acclaimed series such as Sweet Tooth, Essex County, Black Hammer, and Ascender, brings his storytelling prowess for the first time to BOOM! Studios this Fall with an as-of-yet unannounced new series.
“This series is literally a dream come true for me,” said Matt Gagnon, Editor-in-Chief of BOOM! Studios. “Jeff Lemire is one of my all-time favorite creators and it’s a career highlight to have him bring his newest original creation to our publishing house. This will be a true ongoing series in the grand tradition of Jeff’s masterpiece Sweet Tooth. The work Jeff is producing right now is astounding. We look forward to sharing this series with the world and adding it to Jeff’s pantheon of award-winning books.”
The series, both written and illustrated by Lemire himself, will launch Fall 2024 as an ongoing series for the Los Angeles-based publisher.
“For a while now I have felt like the “ongoing series” in comics is a dying breed,” said award-winning and bestselling author Jeff Lemire. “I’m guilty of this myself, having put out a lot of shorter projects over the last several years. But as both a comics fan, and a creator, I have been craving longer format stories again. Series like the classic Vertigo monthlies that would drive me to the comic shops every week when I was younger.
All of this has led me to develop a new book that reflects this desire to get back to a true ongoing series. This project will be my longest self-drawn book since I finished Sweet Tooth ten years ago. I’ll be writing and drawing the book myself, and I am very excited to make this my first project with BOOM! As a publisher, they are committed to telling this entire, long-form story that will allow me, readers, and retailers a chance to really invest in a new world, and new characters, knowing new chapters will be published every month with a real long-term plan in mind. I can’t wait to share more details in the coming months. But for now, back to the drawing board!” said award-winning and bestselling author Jeff Lemire.
“We are beyond thrilled to welcome Jeff Lemire to BOOM! Studios. Few creators can so consistently balance poignant, award-winning tales with exceptionally commercial bestsellers in their oeuvre and his library has become essential reading for fans of graphic fiction around the world,” said Filip Sablik, President of Publishing and Marketing for BOOM! Studios. “When we announce details of this must-read project, it will be evident Jeff has created something that checks all three of those boxes.”
“Jeff is a living legend and luminary of our medium, and someone whose work I have admired my entire career,” said Eric Harburn, editor. “This new project is a culmination of everything you love about his unparalleled body of work, and I’m thrilled for it to finally be revealed in the months to come.
Une bonne et longue ongoing? Je peux signer pour.

July is a month known for those beautiful long, glorious summer days, filled with light, warmth, and all manner of good things… which, if you think about it, makes it the ideal month for Boom! Studios to launch a new anthology comic showcasing the best in modern horror. It even has the perfect title for a July launch: Hello Darkness.
The $5.99 series will feature a shockingly good line-up of creative talent, with names mentioned by the publisher so far including Preacher co-creator Garth Ennis, Becky Cloonan, James Tynion IV, Werther Dell'Edera, Brian Azzarello, Vanesa R. Del Rey, John Arcudi, Ryan Sook, Cullen Bunn, Sas Milledge, Sarah Gailey, Liana Kangas, Marguerite Bennett, Michael Conrad, Martín Morazzo, Andy Lanning, Trevor Hairsine, Steve Orlando, Genevieve Valentine, Jude Ellison S. Doyle, Letizia Cadonici, Sarah Anderson, Francesco Francavilla, and the man behind Goosebumps himself, R.L. Stine. The first four names on that list will be contributing serials that will run through the first months of the title, with Ennis and Cloonan collaborating on The War, which will appear in the first seven issues of the series, and Tynion and Werther Dell’Edera offering up a six-issue storyline tying into the acclaimed Something Is Killing the Children.
“My whole career started writing comic shorts, so it’s very exciting to bring it all around full circle and tell a SIKTC story in that format,” Tynion said in a statement about the new title. “The story Werther and I are going to be telling here is one that’s been in the back of my mind for almost five years, and I’m thrilled we finally have the perfect platform to bring that story to readers.”
Stine enthused, “This brings me back to Tales from the Crypt and the other horror comics I devoured as a kid. I’m so excited to be part of this anthology series designed to make the world a scarier place!”
Each issue of the series will have a primary cover by Paolo Rivera and a variant cover from Jenny Frison, with additional guest variants from a different artist each month — in the gallery below, you can see Rivera, Frison, and Peach Momoko’s covers for the series first issue.
Hello Darkness #1 will be released digitally and in comic book stores July 24.

It’s been five years since James Tynion IV and Werther Dell’Edera first unleashed Something is Killing the Children upon the world, and to celebrate the series’ anniversary this September, the two are taking the story back to where it all began with a special story that leads all the way back to the first issue, and the first appearance of monster hunter Erica Slaughter.
The one-off Something is Killing the Children #0 by Tynion and Dell’Edera will reveal what Erica’s mission was immediately prior to her debut in the first issue of the series, five years ago, completing the current run of flashback stories in the regular title and ending exactly where the series originally began. Publisher BOOM! Studios is calling the issue a “crucial mission in Erica’s past,” with editor Eric Harburn promising, “Five years ago, Erica Slaughter emerged from the woods, bloody and battle-worn, to change the comics landscape forever. This is a story of that battle – and I guarantee you are not ready for what James, Werther, Miquel [Muerto, colorist], and [letterer] AndWorld have in store.”
“We have devoted most of the year to telling Erica’s earliest stories. With issue zero, we complete the tour,” promised Dell’Edera in a statement, while Tynion added, “It’s a real thrill to be going back to the very beginning, and telling a story that I never thought I’d be able to tell. Something is Killing the Children #0 is going to be one to remember, a comic worthy of a fifth anniversary!”
The issue — the first time a creator-owned Boom! Studios series has released a zero issue — will feature a main cover by Dell’Edera, alongside variants from Jenny Frison, Dan Mora, Jeff Dekal, Jae Lee, Sean Gordon Murphy, and more artists to be named at a later date. The issue will be released September 25.

Dans la série des crossovers improbables :
Two iconic franchises will collide for the first time in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Usagi Yojimbo #1, a new one-shot comic book from BOOM! Studios.
Debuting in the 1990s, "Power Rangers" remains incredibly relevant and popular, with several movies, television shows, and comic stories taking place in the action-packed world of superhero teenagers. The current "Darkest Hour" event at BOOM! Studios brings the latest long-running series to a close this summer, with what's coming next for the new era of the Power Rangers expected to be announced later this year, likely at this year's San Diego Comic-Con. Meanwhile, original Pink Ranger Amy Jo Johnson, Matt Hotson, and Nico Leon just wrapped up "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Return" miniseries. Up next, the Power Rangers go back in time in the iconic comic world of "Usagi Yojimbo" as the heroes encounter Rabbit Ronin in one of their most exciting and unexpected crossovers yet.
Following a fight with Rita Repulsa, the Power Rangers will be sent back to the Edo era of Japan in "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Usagi Yojimbo" #1 (by Ryan Parrott, Shawn Daley, and James Fenner). In the timeline, they battle to return to their future. Legendary "Usagi Yojimbo" creator Stan Sakai expressed enthusiasm about the one-shot. "I'm really excited with Usagi's crossover with the Power Rangers," Sakai told Looper. "This is the first time Usagi has teamed up with real superheroes (that do not have shells)! It's a great story with fantastic art!"

Celebrate 5 Years of Something is Killing the Children with Two New One-Shot Specials
The Slaughterverse Expands this Winter
As it crosses its 5th anniversary, the Slaughterverse, created by the Eisner-winning team of James Tynion IV and Werther Dell’Edera, continues to expand in stories and scope. Closing out this monumental milestone year are two not-to-miss one-shot specials celebrating the story so far…
First is the epic conclusion to Maxine Slaughter’s transformation from White Mask to Black Mask in BOOK OF CUTTER. The final step of her journey takes her across the Atlantic into Europe to train with the enigmatic and deadly House of Cutter.
BOOK OF CUTTER #1 features a main cover by Dan Mora (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) with variants by series co-creator Werther Dell’Edera, Khary Randolph (Sirens of the City), and more!
BOOK OF CUTTER #1 will be available in comic shops December 25, 2024. It is available for pre-order at your local comic shop. Digital copies can be purchased from content providers, including iBooks, Google Play, and Kindle.
Next is THE ART OF SOMETHING IS KILLING THE CHILDREN COMPANION #1–an oversized issue featuring a curated collection of the most iconic Something is Killing the Children covers of the past 5 years. The perfect way to relive the harrowing journey of Erica Slaughter.
THE ART OF SOMETHING IS KILLING THE CHILDREN COMPANION #1 will be available in comic shops December 4, 2024. It is available for pre-order at your local comic shop. Digital copies can be purchased from content providers, including iBooks, Google Play, and Kindle.
“It’s been thrilling to chart Maxine’s journey from Archer’s Peak to her new life as the only sanctioned Black Mask in the House of Slaughter. These annual specials have been an incredible way to explore and expand the world and lore of the Slaughterverse — and now, with Book of Cutter, we’re pulling the curtain back on the Order of St. George itself,” said co-creator and series writer James Tynion IV. “The Great House has its eyes on the House of Slaughter, and Maxine is about to get a glimpse of the dangers waiting for the American Houses…”
“After three books, Maxine Slaughter has become one of my favorite characters!” said co-creator and series artist Werther Dell’Edera. “I can’t wait to see what will happen when Maxine and Erica’s paths eventually collide!”
