But this new chapter for Frank Castle is also special because it marks the return of a legendary storyteller -- Garth Ennis comes back to Marvel to write PUNISHER SOVIET, and he's bringing along his frequent collaborator, artist Jacen Burrows, who also provides a variant cover.
