Oui oui c'est le magasin Mirage, perso je ne conseille pas, les frais de ports étant prohibitifs. Bon là j'ai cru comprendre que le Collection devient dur à chopper, donc oui, mais pour les singles, c'est même pas la peine. Autant garder l'oeil sur les sites habituels.

Julio's almost finished with issue #2, and right now we're hoping to solicit the first issue for a June release. We won't make a final decision until the June Previews deadline, which is in mid-February. Et bien je vais continuer les Fables en TPB. J'hésitais à passer au HC mais à ce rythme là je ne lirai as The Great Crossover avant 6 ans. Et j'espère qu'une fois les reprint de Transmetropolitan achevé ils sortiront une édition HC : ce titre le mérite autant que Preacher, fables ou Ex machina.

March 2nd, 2010 - Los Angeles, CA - POW! Entertainment and BOOM! Studios announced a deal has been struck that will see the production of a series of three superhero titles presented by Stan Lee. These series will premiere from BOOM! Studios later this year.
BOOM!'s Editor-in-Chief Mark Waid, creator of BOOM!'s runaway hit series IRREDEEMABLE and its smash sister book INCORRUPTIBLE, will be writing one of the series. Two other series will follow, featuring A-list writers as a part of the creative team. Further announcements will clarify the teams and the timing for the roll-out.
This past December, POW! announced that Walt Disney Studios had entered into a first-look deal with POW! and currently has a number of projects in development where it is working closely with the world-renowned Lee.
The revelation of Stan Lee’s presenting a series of three superhero titles at BOOM! follows on the heels of a viral marketing campaign announcing "Stan's Back" that hit the internet early last week. Across major comic book news sites and blogs last week, ads appeared teasing "Stan's Back." The L.A. Times' Hero Complex & L.A. Times' Brand-X also got in on the action, running the "Stan's Back" campaign in print and on their respective website. All the banner ads linked back to www.stansback.com, a site which had only the "Stan's Back" logo and nothing else disclosing additional information.
For one week, the internet was in a frenzy with comic fans everywhere trying to figure out what could the "Stan's Back" teaser campaign mean. Today it has finally been revealed - Stan Lee is back, presenting a comic book series for the Direct Market comic specialty market that Lee was instrumental in fostering.

Dynamite éditera The Phantom : Moonstone arrêtera de publier à partir de juin 2010 (vu en face (http://forum.superpouvoir.com/showthread.php?p=336806#post336806)). J'avoue que ça m'ennuie pas mal : j'aimais suivre la série très classique mais sympathique chez un petit éditeur comme Moonstone, qui faisait un vrai beau boulot d'édition et de fan-service.

Diamonds a nommé IDW 1er éditeur depuis 1996!
Diamond Comic Distributors and IDW Publishing announced today that IDW has become the first publisher to advance to “premier” status since the classification was implemented in 1996. Diamond and IDW have signed a new, multi-year agreement that features a number of fresh initiatives, including premier status, in recognition of IDW’s success as a top tier comic book and graphic novel publisher. Under the agreement, Diamond will continue to be the exclusive distributor of IDW comic books and graphic novels to the comic book specialty market, and to the bookstore market through its Diamond Book Distributors division.
“This change recognizes the growth and importance of IDW Publishing,” said Diamond President and CEO, Steve Geppi, “and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.”
Diamond VP Purchasing Bill Schanes added, “Since IDW began publishing, they have grown consistently each and every year, while at the same time establishing one of the best editorial, marketing, and business teams in our industry. They’re easy to work with, understand our market, and are forging ahead with new strategies and plans to grow the consumer appetite for comics and graphic novels.”
In April, Diamond’s PREVIEWS catalog and PREVIEWSworld.com website will showcase IDW’s new vendor status as the company moves to the “Premier Comics” section. IDW will have an exclusive section in the front of the catalog each month, highlighting their new offerings to comic shop retailers and customers.
"We are very pleased to have completed this groundbreaking agreement with Diamond," said Ted Adams, CEO of IDW Publishing. "By combining Diamond’s leadership in distribution with IDW’s ten-plus years in developing, creating and marketing comic books and graphic novels, we have created an ideal relationship for each of our companies. The comic book medium is trending upward in all parts of consumer awareness and we are proud to be a partner with Diamond for the future."
Key points to the agreement include:
Premier Publisher
Under the new agreement and as a result of the company’s consistently strong market share, IDW will have premier status within Diamond and Diamond’s PREVIEWS, including an exclusive section at the front of the monthly catalog.
Discount and Terms of Sales
IDW Publishing will remain in a traditional buy/sell relationship with Diamond, with their books continuing to be sold to comic shops under Diamond’s Terms of Sale (unlike Diamond’s brokerage arrangement with publishers like Marvel and DC Comics where Diamond acts as a sales agent). Discounts will remain unchanged at this time.
Final Order Cut-Off
IDW will be added to Diamond’s Final Order Cut-Off Program sometime in the near future. “Since IDW is a traditional buy/sell vendor, we have some programming work to do, but we expect to have that finalized later this year,” said Schanes.
Book Market Distribution
Diamond remains the exclusive book market distributor of IDW’s publishing efforts. “We’re extremely proud of the progress we’ve made in helping IDW grow its sales in the book store market over the last five years,” said Diamond Book Distributors VP Sales & Marketing, Kuo-Yu Liang. “From their strong licensed properties to their successful launch last year of the Worthwhile Books line for kids, IDW has adeptly shown what products will sell into the book market channel.”

Scott Pilgrim? Plutôt que de t'en chanter les louanges pendant des heures, je laisse la parole à des gens beaux, aux goûts divins:
Car oui, Scott Pilgrim est une vraie bouffée de fraîcheur. C'est une BD vraiment originale, brassant habilement des références collectives très geekesques mais pas que. C'est une croisée de genres inattendue. Une oeuvre extrêmement personnelle empruntant des directions inattendues mais toujours plaisantes.
Ha et puis c'est très drôle aussi.
Scott Pilgrim, c'est vraiment bonnard.
Scott Pilgrim is awesome, vous savez. Vous qui ne connaissez pas, je me ris de vous en rotant du doigt. Vous qui n'avez pas été caressé par la vue de Ramona Flowers, je défèque sur vos rosiers maltais.
Les Sex Bob-Omb, et leur batteuse si sexy et si horrible. La vérité réside dans Scott Pilgrim. Lisez ces comics, puis envoyez vos lettres d'adulation et vos tampons usagés à Brian Lee O'Malley, il en fera de l'art.
D'ailleurs, Scott Pilgrim de Bryan Lee O'Malley est la série la plus cool de l'univers.
SCott Pilgrim revient hell yeah ! Toujours fun, toujours péchu, toujours en galère, problèmes amoureux, baston manga-esque., ça dépote çe défile à 180MPH.

Bon, j'essaie le tome 1 de votre truc, on va voir si c'est aussi génial et sur-le-cul-esque que ça !

En plus, le tome coute 7euros. A peine. Seulement.
lu le premier, c'est très surprenant !
Ca commence comme un truc MINX , très girly, bourré de références geekesques et drôle, et ca finit sur un scène de baston qui m'a laissé complètement pantois et interloqué. On a des explications après, je suppose parce que sur le coup, le revirement total du truc, je l'avais pas vu venir du tout !
oui pareil .. bcp aimé même si à mon avis , on a seulement un tout petit aperçu de la qualité de la série sur le premier volume
J'attends le tome 2 avec bcp d'impatience
Et puis sinon, pour rebondir là dessus
Achetez LIBERTY !
(A l'époque, Frank Miller savait encore bien écrire : c'est donc un document !)
N'achetez pas LIBERTY.
C'est un truc écrit avec les pieds où MILLER propose une version de son univers assez nauséabonde quand même ! Mais les planches de GIBBONS sont jolies.

Je vous livre l'étiquette que j'ai mise sur la VF du Pilgrim :
Scott Pilgrim est le comic le plus cool du monde. Pourquoi? A vrai dire, je ne sais pas trop. Mais c'est probablement vrai. ^^

Pas nécessairement.
Mais les deux aspects sont plus mélangés (vu qu'il n'y a plus besoin de créer un effet de surprise sidérant comme dans le premier volume).

IDW va mettre en vente un prélude à The Outfit, la seconde adaptation de Cooke a partir des romans de Stark ! Ca sortira en avant première à la Wondercon de San Francisco (donc possibilité de faire dédicacer ca par Cooke himself, les veinard !!!!)
